The Utrecht Sustainable Agriculture Monitor (UMDL) must give dairy farmers insight into the sustainability of their company. This way they can see how their company is doing in the areas of soil, water, biodiversity and climate. The results can then be compared and discussed with fellow dairy farmers and experts, the province says.
