Chairman Werend Griffioen then said: “The municipality wants to use that as a means of control, but what comes with this is that unforeseen things often happen. Planes arrive too late, people want to stay a little longer: that can lead to all kinds of mistakes and then we get a fine. We are not waiting for that.”
