Ten Utrecht political parties want an explanation from the college about “the rogue Utrecht landlord Change=”, who rents out starter homes in Utrecht in Leidsche Rijn. Last year, the landlord was already discredited because of the high service costs, and even now “alarming messages about Change’s working method continue to reach us,” the parties jointly write.
