Utrecht – The man who was arrested on Friday for harassing women in Utrecht is suspected of two kidnapping attempts and one assault, the Public Prosecution Service reports. He probably had a sexual motive, the Public Prosecution Service believes. An examining magistrate extended his pre-trial detention by two weeks today.
