The accident occurred on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. A cyclist turning was hit by a scooter rider. He stopped briefly, but then drove on without caring about the cyclist, according to the police. The victim from Utrecht was left seriously injured and later died in hospital from his injuries.
