(Finance) – The index that measures the consumer confidence Americans, according to the latest survey conducted byUniversity of Michigan, which published the final estimate.

In September, the consumer sentiment index stood at 70.1 points from 69 in the preliminary reading and in the previous month.

Also revised upwards component relating to expectationswhich is positioned at 74.4 points from 73 in August and estimated by analysts, while that on current condition it was adjusted to 63.3 points from the preliminary of 62.9 points and the previous month.
