(Finance) – Consumer confidence is expected to worsen Americans in June.

According to preliminary data fromUniversity of Michiganconsumer sentiment is estimated to have decreased to 65.6 points compared to 69.1 points in May and lower than the expectations of analysts who expected a level to increase to 72.1 points.

In the same period the index on present situation fell to 62.5 points (expectations were for 71 points), while the index on expectations it decreased to 67.6 points from the previous 68.8 (the consensus was 70 points).
