(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Revised upwards the index that measures US consumer confidence, according to the latest survey conducted by the University of Michiganwhich published the final estimate.
In December, the consumer sentiment index was revised to 64.9 points from 64.6 in the preliminary reading and 59.7 in December.
Also reviewed expectations component, which is positioned at 62.7 points from 59.9 and against the expected 62, while the one on current condition it was revised to 68.4 points from 68.6 preliminary and 59.4 in December.
