(Finance) – It’s growing manufacturing activity of the United States, as well as that of services, in November. The flash estimate on the Manufacturing PMI index developed by S&P Global in fact, it indicates a level of 48.8 points, up from 48.5 points in October and in line with analysts’ estimates.
However, the indicator remains below the key threshold of 50 points, which acts as a watershed between expansion and contraction.
The index is also up tertiary sectoralways in November. The flash estimate for the PMI for services, published by S&P Global, indicates a value of 57 points, which compares with 55 in October and with the 55.2 of the consensus.
The Composite PMI it thus stands at 55.3 points from the previous 54.1.
