(Finance) – The Home sales in progress in the United Statesi, according to the numbers that emerge from the compromises for the purchase, an indicator of the prospective trend of the real estate and mortgage market.
In December, the‘pending home sales indexpublished by the Association of Property Developers (NAR), rose 2.5% month-on-month to 76.9 points from 75 points in November (revised from 73.4 points).
The data is shown better than analysts’ expectations, which indicated a drop of 0.9%.
