(Finance) – Ongoing home sales in the United States collapsedaccording to the numbers that emerge from the compromises for the purchase, an indicator of the prospective trend of the real estate market and mortgages.
In September 2022, the pending home sales index (ongoing home sales), published by the Association of Real Estate Operators (NAR), is decreased by 10.2% on a monthly basis, reaching 79.5 points from the 88.5 points recorded in August (revised figure from 88.4 points).
The data shows itself worse than expected of analysts, who indicated a 5% drop.
