(Telestock) – FB International is 100% a company of Italian Exhibition Groupwhich, through IEG USA, has exercised the purchase option and now holds full ownership. IEG reports in a note that it is also new governance of American society with Thomas Cancellara who holds the role of president & CEO. The Board of Directors is instead chaired by the chairman Charles Coast, also CCO of the entire IEG Group.
Since 1988 FB International Inc. deals with the design and creation of installations for fairs and events throughout the United States and in 2018 it became part of the IEG Group.

Overall, FB International employs over 100 people and a multicultural team that follows the projects and communicates constantly in all languages, including Italian, to realize the exhibition projects.
The company’s headquarters are in New Jersey, while an operational hub is in Las Vegas so as to promptly monitor the main US trade fair venues: New York and Las Vegas.

Since November 2023, FB has a new headquarters, still in New Jersey, but moved to Fairfield where, in a modern and rational 11,000 m2 structure, the carpentry, carpentry, painting and graphics laboratories are active, in addition to the production and assembly of the designed installations. The headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, which serves the entire West Coast, has also been moved to a new modern 3,500 m2 structure.
