(Finance) – Crude oil inventories in the US have increased surprisingly in the last week. L’EIA, the division of the US Department of Energyconfirmed that the stocks of crude oilin the last seven days to 18 February 2022, they rose by 4.5 million, against expectations for a rise of 0.4 million.
The stocks of distillates they recorded a decrease of 0.5 million compared to expectations for a decrease of 1.7 million, while gasoline inventories recorded a decrease of 0.5 million (a decrease of 1.4 million was expected).
