(Finance) – Improves the index that measures the US consumer confidence, according to the latest survey conducted by the University of Michigan, which has published the final estimate. In the month of June 2023, the consumer sentiment index stood at 64.4 points from 63.9 in the preliminary reading and against 59.2 in May.
The component relating to the expectationswhich is positioned at 61.5 points from 55.4 and against the expected 61.3, while the one on current condition it was revised to 69 points from the preliminary 68 points and down from 64.9 in April.
