(Finance) – The beverage giants Coke And PepsiCo have come under investigation by Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for potential price discrimination.
This was reported by the Wall Street Journal, according to which the FTC is investigating possible violations of the law that prohibits advantageous price offers to favored customers or in specific geographic markets.
Meanwhile on Wall Street Coca-Cola stock is trading down by 0.71% while Pepsicum shows a moderate drop of 0.75%.
