(Finance) – The prices are increasing again, and much more than expected. new home sales in the United States in the month of July 2024.
The data highlighted a increase of 10.6% to 739 thousand units compared to 668 thousand units in June (revised from 617 thousand) and against the 624 thousand units estimated by the consensus. This was reported by the United States Census Bureau.
Compared to 700 thousand units in July 2023 an increase of 5.6% was recorded.
