US futures anticipate Wall Streets positive start

(Finance) – Futures on US indices are moving cautiously up, suggesting a positive start to the session for the Wall Street stock exchange, in about half an hour, in the aftermath of a mixed session in New York

Investors are focused on the US quarterly and the monetary policy meetings of the Federal Reserve, European Central Bank and Bank of Japan, scheduled for next week. Still on the monetary policy front, today the Russian central bank raised the interest rate by 100 basis points, bringing it to 8.5% per annum.

Meanwhile, the Dow30 contract rose 0.29%, while the S&P500 contract advanced 0.48% and the Nasdaq 100 derivative gained 0.71%.
