(Finance) – I’ll come in half JulyThe ministerial table will be reconvened to check the progress of the activities promoted for the workers of Almaviva Contact. This was announced on Minister of Business and Made in Italy, Adolfo Ursoduring question time in the Chamber.
“We are committed to addressing the systemic structural crisis of call centers that goes back years,” he stressed.
“As far as Almaviva Contact is concerned – added Urso – we have made a first significant intervention which was effective throughout 2023. Last December 19, an agreement was concluded for a structured path of active policies for the rplacement of the workers involved. And by mid-July the ministerial table will be reconvened to verify the progress of the promoted activities”.
