(Telestock) – UPSan American international parcel and shipping company, has announced the acquisition of Frigo-Trans and its subsidiary BPLa leading provider of complex healthcare logistics based in Germany. Once completed, the acquisition will enhance UPS’s end-to-end capabilities across Europe for UPS Healthcare customers who increasingly require temperature-sensitive and time-critical logistics.

UPS expects the transaction to close in the first quarter of 2025. Terms were not disclosed of the transaction.
