Injuries sustained by a pedestrian on the weekend were the result of jumping from a moving vehicle, say police.
Norfolk OPP and paramedics responded to Norfolk Road 19 in the Windham area at about 6:30 am Saturday where they found the pedestrian lying on the side of the road.
The pedestrian was airlifted to hospital
In an update on social media Tuesday, Norfolk OPP said the individual suffered minor injuries in the incident.
The investigation is ongoing, said police.
