Fortnite: Start and duration from the server Down 29.30
Server down in the morning – this is what you need to know: Epic Games has announced its server down for Fortnite and has set it for 10:00 a.m. German time. Matchmaking is deactivated 30 minutes before the servers are switched off – so you can no longer start new rounds during this time.
When will the servers be online again? This depends on the size and scope of the update. If there are no complications, you can expect a downtime of one hour. But it could also be that the server down didn’t go down until around 12 or 1 p.m. We will keep you updated in this case.
When are the patch notes coming? Epic Games is currently only releasing its patch notes for the “Battle Royale” mode sporadically. If these exist, they will only be published after the downtime. We’ll list them for you as soon as Epic Games publishes them.
What content could appear with Update 29.30?
Apart from a small tease shortly before the update, Epic Games does not release any information about upcoming content from the update. However, leakers have their sources and already know roughly what content players can expect in the new update. The following is known (via x.com):
