Ferm Werk, a company that links job seekers to companies, has been in the news in recent weeks due to abuses that took place around 2020. Employees and former employees reported to RTV Utrecht with stories about a culture of fear and sexually transgressive behavior within that company. In a response to this, the board of Ferm Werk decided to initiate a follow-up investigation in which (former) employees are still given the opportunity to report anonymously.
