There are 14 different characters in The First Descendant. In the first few days, one damage dealer is particularly popular: Bunny. We’ll show you how to unlock Bunny and Ultimate Bunny.
Bunny combines nimble movement with electric attacks. Bunny also has an ultimate variant that is a hot topic in the community and has improved stats.
While you don’t need the regular version to unlock Ultimate Bunny, since the improved version requires a lot of grinding, we recommend testing the regular version first. That way, you can see if Bunny suits your playstyle before wasting a lot of time.
The First Descendant: Unlock Bunny – How to do it
Collect materials for Bunny’s suit: You get Bunny quite early in the game by simply following the campaign. After a few hours, you will get a side mission to get Bunny. This first requires you to collect three basic materials for researching the suit.
You then have to continue with the campaign, because by completing the main missions you will gradually receive all three components.
Once you have the three basic components, you need to collect another material that you will also receive if you continue playing the campaign:
Get Bunny Code: When unlocking Bunny, the last step is to defeat a colossus, the so-called “Grave Walker”. By defeating the huge enemy, you can then get the missing “Amorphous Material Patterns”.
You can also take out the Tomb Walker during the course of the campaign. To do this, after receiving the relevant mission, select the “Void Interception Mission” area on the map, click on the Tomb Walker and the difficulty level “Normal” and start the fight. You can either compete alone or with a team. If you are a solo player, you can get support from random allies to make the fight quicker and easier.
As soon as the Gravewalker is eliminated, a so-called reconstruction device spawns in the arena, where you can now select your reward for the fight. You have three choices of amorphous materials, but you can only take one with you. So be sure to select the “amorphous material pattern”.
Start Bunny Research: Now you just have to research Bunny in Albion. The research costs 400,000 gold and the research takes one minute. You can then collect Bunny, equip him and use him as a damage dealer.
Unlock The First Descendant Ultimate Bunny – How to get it for free
How do you get Bunny Ultimate? The Ultimate version of Bunny costs 3,000 calibers in the shop, which is about 60 euros. You can also buy the “Premium Ultimate Bunny” package for 5,000 calibers instead – that’s about 100 euros.
If you don’t want to spend money on Bunny Ultimate, you can also research the improved version of the Sprinter in Albion. However, this requires a lot of materials and gold, so be prepared for a long grind.
Here’s how to get Bunny Ultimate for free: You can research Ultimate Bunny at Anais in Albion. The research costs 900,000 gold and takes 36 hours. You also need four components for the research, which you also have to research beforehand. This also costs a lot of materials and gold. In total you need 2,250,000 gold.
You have to farm these four components for Ultimate Bunny:
If you have all four components together and can put enough gold on the table, nothing stands in the way of researching Ultimate Bunny – except for the 36-hour research period, which you can either wait or shorten/skip for an additional charge.
