Unlikely goal – shot from own zone

With seven seconds left in the period, Magnus Nygren looks up at the jumbotron, probably to check how much time he has left. Then he pulls on a shot from his own zone.

– Look there! What was that!? Magnus Nygren basically shoots from Karlstad, says TV4’s commentator Lasse Granqvist.

The puck went into the goal behind the surprised Leksand goalkeeper Marcus Gidlöf.

– What is he doing, doesn’t he see the puck? He must have been waiting a bit, because the puck goes straight in, says Granqvist.

The match leads Leksand with 3-1 before the third period.
