Among the many decrees signed just after taking office by Donald Trump, we find the one who requires federal agencies to end the programs “diversity, equity and inclusion” which had set up a positive discrimination against black, Latin, Latin, LGBT+ or even people with disabilities. Several very large American companies had anticipated this decision and announced in recent weeks and last months to end their inclusion policies. However, a handful of companies refuse to go back.
