This Tuesday, August 29, all Londoners are waking up to a new ultra-low emission zone (Ulez). Until now, only vehicles circulating in the large center of the capital had to respect certain criteria of cleanliness, under penalty of paying a daily tax of around fifteen euros. The mayor, Sadiq Khan, has decided to extend the Ulez to all of Greater London for health and environmental reasons. Report in the Bromley district, on the edge of the capital, which is included in this new area.
