(Finance) – As part of thepublic takeover offer (OPA) on shares UnipolSaiit appears that today, 11 April 2024, 3,141,938 membership requests have been submitted.
Therefore, overall the membership requests are at 9,488,351, equal to approximately 2.27% of the offer.
The offer began on April 8, 2024 and will end on April 26, 2024.
Italian stock exchange recalls that the Unipolsai ordinary shares purchased on the market on 25 and 26 April 2024 cannot be tendered in acceptance of the offer.
