(Finance) – Unipol And UnipolSai they purchased on 11, 12 and 13 September 2023, a total of 585,000 shares (equal to approximately 0.08% of Unipol’s share capital), for totals 3,010,745.99 eurosand precisely:
– Unipol has purchased 85,000 sharesfor an average unit price of 5.141 euros and for a total of 436,957.47 euros;
– UnipolSai has purchased 500,000 sharesfor an average unit price of 5.148 euros and for a total of 2,573,788.53 euros.
Unipol And UnipolSai they have concluded their respective Share Purchase Programmes.
As of 14 September, Unipol holds a total of 928,678 ordinary treasury shares (equal to approximately 0.129% of the share capital), of which 641,014 shares indirectly through subsidiaries.
In Piazza Affari, today, the session was essentially unchanged the finance and insurance company which closes the negotiations on the values of the day before.
