(Finance) – In relation to the voluntary public purchase and exchange offer (OPAS) promoted by Fnac Darty and RUBY Equity Investment on shares Unieuroa company listed on Euronext STAR Milan and active in the distribution of consumer electronics and household appliances in Italy, the bidders have communicated that CONSOB has approved the offer document.
The membership period, agreed with Borsa Italiana, corresponding to 40 trading days, will start at 8:30 (Italian time) on September 2nd 2024 and will end at 5.30 pm (Italian time) on October 25th 2024, inclusive, barring any extensions of the membership period.
If the relevant conditions are met, the membership period shall be reopened for 5 trading days and specifically, barring any extensions of the membership period, for the sessions of 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 November 2024.
Bidders will recognize a equivalent for each Unieuro share tendered equal to: 9.00 euros; and 0.1 newly issued Fnac Darty shares listed on Euronext Paris. The Fnac Darty shares offered as a share component will have regular enjoyment, will belong to the same category and will have the same rights as the Fnac Darty shares existing on the date of their issue.
