Unieuro, Fnac Darty and Ruby Equity reached 96.70%

OPAS Unieuro reopening of terms until 8 November

(Finance) – Fnac Darty And Ruby Equity Investment have reached 96.70% of the share capital of Unieuro. The two bidders communicate this at the conclusion of the procedure for fulfilling the purchase obligation on the securities not transferred to the OPAS which ended last November 8th.

In detail, with the mandatory purchases, 3.04% of the share capital of Unieuro tendered was collected, which, added to the 93.32% already held by the bidders and by HoldCo and to the own shares, represents 96.70 % of Unieuro’s share capital.

The new payment date for the purchase obligation (the terms of which had been extended) will be 18 December 2024.

The “joint procedure” of the further residual shares not held by the bidders will last 5 trading days, i.e. 19, 20, 23, 27 and 30 December 2024.
