(Finance) – UniCreditas part of the ordinary share purchase program launched on 11 May 2022, pursuant to the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 8 April 2022 (the “First Tranche of the 2021 Buy-Back Program”), announced to have purchased from 30 May to 3 June 2022, in total 13,406,515 treasury shares at the weighted average price of € 10.7936.
As of June 3, starting from the launch of the First Tranche of the 2021 Buy-Back Program, UniCredit purchased a total of 49,185,572 shares, equal to 2.25% of the share capital, for a total value of 497,905,331 , 98 euros.
Meanwhile, in Milan, the performance of theCredit institution with prices aligned at € 10.78, for a drop of 0.88%.
