(Tiper Stock Exchange) – UniCredit announced that he has purchasedfrom 12 to 16 June 2023, overall 1,560,834 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 18.4758 euro, as part of the ordinary share buyback program communicated and launched on 3 April 2023 (the “First Tranche of the 2022 Buy-Back Programme”).
As of June 16, starting from the start of the First Tranche of the 2022 Buy-Back Program, UniCredit has purchased a total of 111,888,281 shares, equal to 5.77% of the share capital, for a total value of 2,074,857,782, 78 euros.
