(Finance) – UniCredit announced that he had purchasedas part of the First Tranche of the 2023 Buy-Back Programme, from 27 to 29 December 2023, in total 1,016,106 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 24.4799 euros.
As of 29 December, starting from the start of the First Tranche of the 2023 Buy-Back Programme, UniCredit purchased a total of 58,179,836 shares for a total value of 1,414,424,117.42 euros. On the same date, following the cancellation of treasury shares which occurred on 12 September 2023, UniCredit holds 72,239,501 treasury shares equal to 4.05% of the share capital.
