(Finance) – UniCredit has signed with the Group Delegations of FABI, FIRST CISL, FISAC / CGIL, UILCA and UNISIN, thetrade union agreement aimed at the use of sectoral inter-professional joint funds which will be used to finance the continuous training of employees, in line with the strategy and objectives that envisage the centrality of training for the professional development of people outlined in the UniCredit Unlocked strategic plan.

These funds contribute to the achievement of the objectives of consolidation and development of the professional skills and qualifications of colleagues, in line with the objectives of the offer of the new UniCredit University Italy.

The UniCredit University project in Italy was designed to develop the skills and talent of each person in a path that accompanies them from the moment they enter the company through reconnection with the business and the local area. The new UniCredit University Italy, provides for an offer divided into four areas of competence: People, Business, Risk and Training by role and for at least 50% it will provide the classroom as a delivery method leveraging the central office in Turin and the 7 regional training centers.

Thanks also to the support of trade unions, in addition to the use of inter-professional funds, the remote modality for the use of training has been extended, as an important flexibility tool, to over twenty thousand colleagues in the Italian commercial network.
