(Telestock) – UniCredit has announced that he has purchasedwithin the Third Tranche of the 2023 Buy-Back Program, from 29 July to 2 August 2024, in total 5,676,087 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 36.5540 euros.
As of August 2, starting from the launch of the Third Tranche of the Buy-Back Program 2023, UniCredit has purchased a total of 23,426,120 shares, equal to 1.43% of the share capital for a total value of €851,299,804.92.
On the stock market today, a decline for theCredit Institutionwhich closed the session with a decline of 2.54%.
