(Finance) – UniCreditas part of the ordinary share purchase program launched on 11 May 2022, pursuant to the resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of 8 April 2022, announced that it had purchased from 11 to 13 May 2022, in total 12,876,001 treasury shares at the weighted average price of € 9.4539.
As of May 13, starting from the launch of the First Tranche of the 2021 Buy-Back Program, UniCredit purchased a total of 12,876,001 shares, equal to 0.59% of the share capital, for a total value of 121,728,450 , 66 euros.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, the credit institution takes off and stands at 9.87 euros, with an increase of 2.12%.
