(Tiper Stock Exchange) – UniCredit will start running second tranche of the 2022 share buyback program for an amount of approx 1 billion euros as soon as the first tranche of approximately €2.34 billion is completed. As part of the first tranche, as of 16 June 2023 UniCredit had purchased 111.9 million shares, equal to 5.77% of the share capital, for a total consideration of €2.07 billion.
