(Finance) – UniCredit announced that he had purchasedas part of the First Tranche of the 2023 Buy-Back Programme, from 19 to 23 February 2024, in total 5,522,811 treasury shares at the weighted average price of 30.3119 euros.
As of February 23, starting from the start of the First Tranche of the 2023 Buy-Back Program, UniCredit purchased a total of 85,271,443 shares for a total value of 2,165,737,010.10 euros. On the same date, following the cancellation of treasury shares which occurred on 16 January 2024, UniCredit holds 27,091,607 treasury shares equal to 1.58% of the share capital.
