(Tiper Stock Exchange) – UniCredit communicated the Independent Director Jayne Anne Gadhia has stepped down from the Board effective immediately. The British manager stated that the reasons for her resignation are linked to the assumption of a new position and the consequent greater commitment that she will be required of her.
Jayne Anne Gadhia will continue to support the bank as senior adviser.
