UniCredit Goldman Sachs moves into capital

(Finance) – Goldman Sachs moves in the capital of UniCredit, both through share purchases and other instruments. According to the CONSOB communications relating to significant holdings, the US investment bank has a potential share of 0.55% of the capitalof which 0.02% are voting rights referable to shares, 0.02% a potential participation and 0.51% other long positions with physical and cash settlement.

The update is from November 10thwhile only two days earlier (November 8) the total share was 5.86%, of which 0.54% voting rights referable to shares.
