(Finance) – Edoardo Mercadantewho had been in the spotlight in the match Intesa Sanpaolo-UBI, has a stake of more than 5% in the shareholding of UniCredit. Mercadante owns one 5,059% share in the bank, held as a non-discretionary asset management company, through the company Parvus Asset Management Europe.
