(Finance) – Unicredit changed the date of the Board of Directors for the approval of the results for the first quarter of 2022 to May 4, 2022, instead of April 27, 2022, in order to allow additional time to further manage its cross-border exposure to Russia.
The bank announces this with a note adding that the presentation of the Group’s results for the first quarter (publication of results and conference call) will take place on May 5, 2022 instead of April 28, 2022.
