UniCredit, 20 million loan to Renco

Unicredit Board of Directors on quarter postponed to May 4th

(Finance) – UniCredit provided a loan from 20 million euros at the Renco of Pesaro – operating company of Renco Group, founded in 1979 by the Gasparini family – which operates as EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) Contractor in the energy and civil construction sectors; and offers technical assistance and Operation & Maintenance services in the Gas sector.

The operation – reads the note – it is aimed at satisfying the needs of working capital generated by the construction sites followed by the Marche-based company and relating to the restructuring of large Italian condominiums that benefit from the 110% Superbonus, i.e. the tax credits provided for by the May 2020 Relaunch Decree for the implementation of anti-seismic redevelopment and energy efficiency interventions of the buildings.

The financing transaction, handled by the UniCredit Corporate Lending Center North and Corporate Marche teams, is assisted by one Bei guarantee at 75% and has a duration of 24 months.
