Janne Andersson has had to endure harsh criticism after the fight with Bojan Djordjic.
But now unexpected criticism is also being directed at the TV expert after the row.
“Everything was Djordjic’s fault,” writes SVT journalist Fouad Youcefi in the newspaper Journalisten.
It’s the big fight that all of football Sweden has been talking about since last night. When Sweden defeated Azerbaijan with a whopping 5-0 in the European Championship qualifiers, the big joke was what happened after the final whistle.
Janne and Bojan
When the Swedish national team captain Jan Andersson and Viaplay’s TV expert Bojan Djordjic ended up in a heated dispute on live broadcast. Bojan was critical of that Jesper Karlssonwho scored a dream goal on a free kick, only got to play eight minutes in this national team meeting and Janne felt that he was far too negative right after a great victory.

“Was Bojan’s fault”
It is the SVT journalist Fouad Youcefi who directs clear criticism of the Viaplay expert and writes in a column in the newspaper Journalisten that “the union captain’s actions were of course sensational, but from a journalistic perspective everything was Djordjic’s fault”.

The SVT profile believes that Bojan Djordjic fails in the TV interview with Janne Andersson and that a failed interview is always the journalist’s fault.
“Now I don’t know for sure if Djordjic and the other experts in the studio consider themselves journalists, but during the interview at Friends Arena, Djordjic manages to commit several mortal sins of interview technique. He uses loaded words, he asks several questions in one, and he makes statements without questions,” Youcefi writes in his column.

Fouad Youcefi thinks that Bojan’s initial question was relevant and should have deserved a better answer. And he can also understand the reaction of the Viaplay profile, see the argument below.
“I would most likely have reacted just like Djordjic. And regretted it afterwards,” he writes in the column.
