But now the icon Magnus Wislander is clearly criticizing the national team.
They had been painted as a match of fate in advance. Sweden had to defeat Portugal on Sunday evening in order to reach the semi-finals of the handball EC.

Then Blågult showed enormous strength and willpower by blowing over the Portuguese with a whopping 40-33 in the goal-oriented event. Later in the evening, Denmark also did the job and defeated Nordic rival Norway – which made Sweden cheer even more.

Because it means that the Swedish national team is already ready for the semi-finals before the last match in the intermediate round against Norway. There is therefore not much to complain about as a Swede in the European Handball Championship, but now the legend directs Magnus Wislander clear criticism after the great victory against Portugal.
Wislander’s criticism
The “snake” points out a crucial detail that must be honed if Sweden is to win another European Championship medal.
– A little minus to the player who plays next to Jonathan Carlsbogård in the defensive game. Oscar Bergendahl and Max Darj have not really been as good at the back as before. But I have a hard time answering what this is due to. It is the only point of view I have, that one could possibly improve the defensive game a little, says the expert Wislander to Radiosporten.

Also the right ninth Albin Lagergren agrees with the criticism and also points out the defensiveness as a sign of concern.
– I think that there is little to be desired from the defensive game and that we do not help the goalkeeper enough, says Lagergren to the radio channel.
