Mrs. Malikzai and Mrs. Safi sit there dejected. Outside on the terrace of the ADRA foundation, where they are taking language lessons, they pour out their hearts. “Where am I going to go? I have no idea,” says Safi. A few weeks ago, the two heard that the shelter on Hobbemalaan in Huis ter Heide, the place where they lived for over a year, is closing for good. The Afghan refugees knew that it would end one day. But they would have liked to stay there a little longer, until they had their own home. Now they are being relocated and they don’t know where to yet.
