Two million Gazans have been left without essential supplies systematically and intentionally, said UN Emergency Aid Coordinator Tom Fletcher In its statement on Wednesday.

According to Fletcher, the horrifying news of recent days is the result of such thoughtful choices. Fletcher refers to cases where Israel has been accused of attacking attacks on relief points.

“The world follows day after day scenic scenes where Palestinians are shot, wounded or killed in Gaza when they just try to eat,” Fletcher said.

On Tuesday, at least 27 people died when Israeli troops opened fire near a relief point in Gaza. It was a controversial relief point supported by the Gaza Humanitaria Foundation (GHF), a controversial US and Israeli.
