(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Ulysses Biomedhealthcare biotech company listed on Euronext Growth Milan, has co-opted as independent director Laura Amadesi to replace Filippo Rizziwho resigned for personal reasons on 5 May 2022. Amadesi boasts a curriculum of certain competence in management consulting activities for national and international companies and holds the position of Director at BIP as well as being an adjunct professor at the University of Bologna and the Bologna Business School.
The new councilor will stay in office until the next shareholders’ meeting. Based on the communications made to the company, Laura Amadesi does not, as of today’s date, directly and / or indirectly hold Ulisse Biomed shares.
