The TV4 News team is four kilometers from the front line in Kherson – they are not allowed to get any closer because of violent clashes further ahead.
For some time now, the Ukrainian soldiers have been in the middle of a new dimension of danger: Putin’s possible use of weapons of mass destruction.
– Our task is to chase the enemy out of our territory, because they came here uninvited. We want our lives to be able to return to normal, says Ruslan, infantry soldier.
– I am not afraid of Russian tricks. I think they are desperate, because they are fighting on land that is not theirs. We have nothing to fear in our own country, says Vlad, infantry soldier.
