For a few days, staff from Karazin Kharkiv national university in Kharkiv are visiting Östersund.

It is Mittuniversitet’s research center RCR, which focuses on crisis, risk and security, that invited the colleagues from Ukraine. The aim is to exchange knowledge and increase cooperation.
